Aerial tissu is a unique and challenging apparatus. In this class, we will learn techniques to safely climb, dance on, and descend from the tissu. As we focus on ways to move into and out of the apparatus and how to transition between moves in the air, the goal will be to create a cohesive phrase. You will develop upper and lower body strength as well as increase your body awareness.
This class is suitable for beginning and intermediate students of all backgrounds (no aerial experience required).
