Dance with Joanna Haigood amidst the remnants of the Radar Site on the top of Mt. Tamalpais June 29&30. A Thursday evening lecture at Zaccho Studio will introduce site specific dance in a broader cultural context.

On June 27, 29&30 award-winning site-specific choreographer Joanna Haigood will offer a workshop exploring the possibilities of site-specific dance on top of beautiful Mount Tamalpais in Marin County.

The workshop will include a lecture at Zaccho Studio on the history and context of site specific dance, and two days of creation at Mount Tamalpais State Park. Participants will engage with the ruins of the Mount Tamalpais "Radar Site" - once operated by the US Air Force - and will create a series of short studies, receive feedback and exchange ideas with other dance artists.

Open to dancers and dance makers at all levels and from all genres.
